The location was excellent, very central. The staff provided access codes via WhatsApp before arrival, so helpful. My room had a comfortable layout. a walk-in shower!!!

The walls seemed a bit thin. I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms.

My room had a noticeable damp smell. I think this impacted my overall comfort. The television was not properly mounted. It seemed unsafe.

the location was fabulous! the hotel is near la giralda. restaurants and bars are all around the hotel. free coffee from the pod machine in the main area was a nice touch.

registering id before getting the code and apartment number was inconvenient. i travelled by bus and had no wi-fi.

The location was CENTRAL, close to many attractions. The room was very nice and neat. I also appreciated the rooftop seating area. Entry instructions were emailed, VERY clear and easy to follow.

The staff wrote the passcode on a SCRAP of paper. I misplaced the paper after my phone was stolen. They never responded to emails, so getting the passcode was difficult.

There are MANY restaurants and bars nearby the hotel. This means you can quickly walk to places offering local cuisine and experiences. I recommend exploring the many close options.

The staff was courteous and helpful upon arrival. They provided clear instructions for accessing the hotel. I felt assisted. I didn't require much engagement from them.

i found the location to be excellent. everything was within walking distance to attractions. the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus, with a decent view of the surroundings.

communication prior to arrival was poor. i was told via chat that early luggage drop-off wasn't possible, but it was when i arrived. also, the room smelled damp. there were many drain flies too.
